1 Year on all cartridges

If you have a problem with any cartridges simply contact us and we will handle all the paperwork, arrange the pick-up and reimburse any return postage costs encountered.

Compatible cartridges guarantee

We believe our compatible cartridges are great value for money, if you have any problems with them we will gladly replace them with an alternative brand or provide a complete refund or credit towards genuine cartridges.

Please do not over-order or order more than you are ready to use now or can use within 1 year from the date of invoice, your warranty period may lapse before you cartridges are used or installed.
