Reward Points
Reward points are earned on every product in store*, they are available for redemption as a dollar value discount off your very next order.
*As long as you complete checkout with your account, we cannot apply points to phone orders or orders completed using the Guest Checkout and PayPal Express Checkout options. This is because you are not actually creating an account for us to store and apply your points in for your future use.
How many points you will earn
1 Point per dollar on all products in store.
Our prices are not inflated in order to be able to offer an extravagant rewards program. It is modest program
designed to be able to give something back to our loyal customers who already enjoy our low prices every day.
Points earned at a rate of 2% i.e you will be able to claim $2 of discounts for every $100 spent.
It might sound small but in contrast, credit card rewards programs typically provide rewards at a rate of only 0.5%!
For most people, the dollar value off our rewards program can add up to a nice discount every now and then, especially for business customers so it's worth taking part! The best thing is it all happens automatically if you are a registered MyCartridges member.
When do I get reward points
As soon as your order is dispatched reward points are allocated to your account automatically.
They are available for use on your very next order.
Do I have to earn a certain amount of points before redeeming them?
No! You may use some or all of your points on your very next purchase or save your points up.
How can I check my points balance?
Login, go to My Points under the My Account section.
How do I use my reward points?
If you have unused points they will display in under the "Order Summary" box at checkout.
Type in the amount of points you would like to use and click enter.
The dollar value of the points will be deducted from your order total.
Reward points currently do not expire.
