When You'll Get Free Returns on:
1) Faulty cartridges
2) Cartridges we have sent incorrectly due to packing or invoicing errors (unopened only)
Please double check the cartridges in your delivery against the model of your printer before opening them! We cannot accept the return of opened cartridges that are found to be incorrect.
In most cases we can organise and pay for a courier to collect your items, sometimes this is not possible and you will have to return the cartridges through Australia Post, if this is the case keep your postage receipt and we will reimburse this cost as an account credit.
When you will have to pay return costs
- Returning items you have ordered incorrectly
- Returning unwanted cartridges covered under our 6 month Buy-Back Guarantee.
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees are imposed by our suppliers and therefore cannont be waived. This fee is 10% and will be charged on returns for on all items being returned except where it is our fault, in which case we will pay these costs.
Return Classes
Class 1 (Faulty) Delivered, opened, installed & not recognised/printing poorly/prematurely empty
- Ensure your cartridges are in the warranty period. Check 12 Months from invoice date.
- In most cases, a batch number and print sample will suffice and we will not need the cartridges returned, if we do;
- We will organise pick-up where possible or otherwise reimburse the return postage cost you encounter.
- The 10% restocking fee does not apply.
Class 2 (Incorrectly Ordered) Delivered, unopened, recognised model number on box is not suitable
- We will happily accept incorrectly ordered items back and provide a store credit for you to use on the correct cartridges.
- Return postage costs will not be reimbursed under this circumstance.
- The 10% restocking fee will be imposed.
Class 3 (Incorrectly Sent) Delivered, unopened, recognised model number on box is not suitable
- Same procedure as Class 2, but;
- Items will be picked up or return postage costs will be reimbursed.
- The 10% restocking fee will be waived.
- Once the incorrect stock is returned we will immeditaly forward the correct items.
Class 4 (Unwanted Items) Delivered, unopened - usefull if you have a printer that has died and want to exchange items for those suitable for your new printer
- We will happily accept unwanted items back and provide a store credit for you to use on the correct cartridges.
- Return postage costs will not be reimbursed under this circumstance.
- The 10% restocking fee will be imposed.
Return Procedure
You must complete our online Return Request Form
Once you have done this, we will contact you with:
- Your return authorisation number
- Instructions on where to write this on the outside of the parcel
- Time of pick up OR address to return the goods
DO NOT RETURN GOOD TO US BEFORE RECEVING AN RA NUMBER! If you would like to go ahead and pack your order in anticipation please ensure the goods are packed in such a way that the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers / stamps or tape from packing and mail handling.
