Your account

MyCartridges does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use MyCartridges only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Reviews, comments, communications, and other content

Product prices & descriptions

MyCartridges and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, MyCartridges does not warrant that product descriptions, prices, stock levels or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If there is a mistake with any product on your order it will be picked up and confirmed before we process your order, at which point cancelation will be offered. If you receive a product offered by MyCartridges that is not itself as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Risk of loss

All items purchased from MyCartridges are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Parties other than MyCartridges and its subsidiaries operate stores, provide services, or sell product lines on this site. In addition, we provide links to the sites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. Product Data

Product data is largely provided in bulk directly by 3rd parties and covers thousands of product lines, to that end errors and omissions are excepted from any product description, compatibility information and pricing data. However obvious or obscure, we will not be held responsible if an error has been committed by human or computer. We reserve the right to refund or refuse supply of any product that is below cost and thus places financial hardship upon our business this includes pricing errors, price matching requests and quotes based on underlying supply prices that have changed before shipping. We will attempt to resolve any issues arising from incorrect product information swiftly by cancellation, replacement or refund.
