You can authorise us to leave your parcel if your address is unattended at the time delivery is attempted. This is called an authority to leave (ATL)
To give authority for this, use the order comments box at checkout.

DO NOT use an ATL if believe your address is not secure, you are not covered if your delivery is stolen or lost once the courier has scanned it delivered.
Delivery Times
To make your delivery as quickly as possible we use a fast network of couriers & air-freight services and dispatch your order from the warehouse nearest you.
Sometimes however, we don't always have the same stock in each location which can delay orders a few days. If your order delivery is critical we urge you to please contact us first to confirm an exact delivery timeframe.
Not all items are kept in the same warehouses, particularly genuine and compatible items in general, if you have both of these types of cartridges on your order it may be delayed up to 1 day and/or be split-shipped (sent in 2 separate deliveries - no extra charge for this).
