If any of our compatible products let you down we will give your your money back, not just within 14 days but at any point during the 12-month warranty period. You also have the option of exchange or credit.

Money-Back: We will refund the price paid for the faulty cartridge, if all the cartridges on your order are faulty we will also refund delivery. We will also pay for return delivery.

Exchange: We will replace your faulty product with a new one, either of the same compatible brand or alternative compatible brand if you choose.

Credit: We will provide a store credit for the faulty cartridge which you can use on anything in store, including Genuine cartridges.
